| DMS Announce TVA As Their Newest Client |

December - 2001 TVA of Chattanooga, Tennessee announced in September 2001 that it will be implementing the GasPro Gas Management System to provide the necessary tools for its gas acquisition department (Gas Desk). After a lengthy search and thorough product testing, TVA chose the GasPro system for its ease of use and its functionality. TVA’s Gas Desk is part of TVA’S Energy Trading organization that purchases the natural gas it takes to supply their electric generators. TVA owns and operates one of the largest and most reliable transmission systems in North America, serving some nine million residents in an 80,000-square mile area spanning portions of seven states. TVA’s transmission system moves electric power from the generating plants where it is produced to distributors of TVA power and to industrial and federal customers across the region. Visit their web site at www.tva.com. DMS created and delivered several specialized modifications prior to year end. Current plans are to parallel through February 2002 and go live for March business. DMS is working closely with TVA personnel to insure the success of the implementation. Several preliminary training sessions have been held and one-on-one training will commence in February with DMS training personnel on-site for several weeks.DMS is pleased to have TVA as their newest GasPro client.
