Clearwater Enterprises (CWE) out of Oklahoma City, OK, has announced it will implement the GasPro 3 system to manage wellhead balancing and end-user sales customers in the Oklahoma area. CWE is currently developing an extensive services operation where it manages wellhead nominations, balancing and payments for small operators in Oklahoma and surrounding areas. CWE is also expanding into end-user services as OG&E begins to open its market.
