| eCorp Goes Live After 1 Month |

October - 2005 eCORP Energy Marketing (eCORP) chose Data Management Solutions’ (DMS) GasPro software product in October 2005 for their gas marketing management solution. After a brief one month implementation project done in partnership with DMS, eCORP is now fully functional with their new GasPro system as of November 2005! DMS has a proven implementation process that typically takes three (3) months, but they were able to shorten it to meet eCORP’s gas marketing management requirements. eCORP and DMS worked very closely during the one month implementation project, and the shortened schedule was possible because of eCORP’s in depth knowledge of their business operations, complete management support and the fact that their source data (contracts, 3rd parties, pipelines, etc) was well organized and accurate. DMS quickly loaded the initial data into the GasPro software and began training the staff. The users found the software intuitive as well as easy to use and quickly gained confidence in the GasPro system and the results they were achieving. Because the gas trading division was new, no parallel test was needed. As a new business division it was critical that eCORP be able to capture their physical and financial trades within GasPro and be able to use the full range of accounting functionality by the end of first month.The working relationship of the two companies was great, and eCORP worked with DMS to define their own unique reporting requirements, and is pleased at how quickly DMS responded to those requests. eCORP’s implementation success story has proven their choice of DMS as their solution provider as a great decision.
