| Texla Energy Marketing Goes Live After 1 Month |

September - 2007 TEXLA Energy Management (TEXLA) chose Data Management Solutions’ (DMS) GasPro product to replace their previous gas management software in late August 2007. After a brief one month implementation project done in partnership with DMS, TEXLA has begun invoicing their customers with their new software as of September 30, 2007! DMS has a proven implementation process that typically takes three (3) months, but they were able to shorten it to meet TEXLA’s unique requirements. TEXLA and DMS worked very closely during the one month implementation project, and the shortened schedule was possible because of TEXLA’s in depth knowledge of their business operations, complete management support and the fact that TEXLA’s source data (contracts, 3rd parties, pipelines, etc) was well organized and accurate. After DMS quickly loaded the initial data into the GasPro software, training the staff began. The users found the software intuitive as well as easy to use and quickly gained confidence in the GasPro system and the results they were achieving. TEXLA skipped the typical one month parallel test phase and successfully invoiced their customers using GasPro within the first month – proving that when your professionals know what they’re doing, GasPro makes it happen! The working relationship of the two companies was great, and TEXLA worked with DMS to define their own unique reporting requirements, and is pleased at how quickly DMS responded to those requests. Key to TEXLA was to select a software partner whose reputation was similar to their own, one of competence, reliability, integrity and consistency. The TEXLA implementation success story has proven their choice of DMS as their solution provider as a solid decision.
