| TVA Gas Desk Receives President’s Award |

December - 2007 2007 President’s Award “Team of the Year” awarded to Gas Desk. TVA’s Gas Desk is part of TVA’S Energy Trading organization, and has been using DMS’ GasPro software to manage their gas supply business since early 2002. TVA President and CEO, Tom Kilgore, has recognized the Gas Desk with the Team of the Year award. In his award letter Mr. Kilgore sited them as rising “to new levels of excellence”. He further noted “This team purchases and schedules the delivery of gas for TVA’s combustion-turbine plants and its commercial combined-cycle plants. Because of the demands placed on the power system over the hot, dry summer, the team had to buy more than 65 billion cubic feet of natural gas, a record amount that was 54 percent higher than in the previous year. They did so while remaining within budget targets and adding only one new staff member. Great teamwork and flexibility were demanded of them as they faced schedules that changed more than 40 percent of the time.” According to the gas scheduling group which handles eight (8) pipelines, GasPro has proven its ability to adapt to changes over time in the industry and their business, and DMS is pleased to have provided the software solution that support this dynamic team.
