Frank Peña, C.P.A. and CEO of DMS, has been in the gas industry for 25 years.

Mr. Peña has testified before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) proceedings as an expert witness on gas accounting and Purchase Gas Adjustment (PGA) issues. He has also co-chaired the Southern Gas Association on two separate occasions, once representing United Gas Pipeline (1989) formerly, now Koch Industries and the second time Northern Natural Gas Pipeline (1991).

Frank joined Northern Natural Gas Company (NNG) in 1990 as Manager of Customer Service. In this position he created and structured a control group that was non-existent at NNG previously. Together they designed, developed, and implemented controls in several critical areas including financial, transportation imbalances, gas storage underground, fuel consumption, regulatory and internal/external reporting requirements.

In 1993 he started Data Management Solutions to meet the needs within the industry to address the requirements that were not being fulfilled by the available gas management systems on the market.

Currently he is furthering that commitment to the industry by donating his time and resources to the industry's future leaders. He has trained hundreds of college graduate and undergraduate students at University of Houston's C.T. BAUER COLLEGE of BUSINESS.
